根與內勁連接之道,內修之固 In this level, disciples deepen their internal cultivation through the development of root, stillness, and full-body connection. The focus shifts from external structure to internal integration, where movement is supported by stability and guided by awareness. Through practices such as Zhan Zhuang (站樁) and Dao Yin (導引), the practitioner learns that stillness is not inactivity, but a method to cultivate sensitivity, balance, and control. The body becomes unified, and movement begins to arise from a connected internal framework rather than isolated action. Root (根 Gen) is established as the foundation of all movement, allowing the practitioner to maintain stability while generating power without tension. The distinction between strength (力 Li) and trained power (勁 Ging) becomes clear, and coordination is refined through the principles of the Six Harmonies (六合). This level strengthens the internal structure required for true Taiji development. ✅ What You Will Learn ✔️ Root and Stability 根與穩定 Understanding root (根 Gen) and its role in balance Developing stable footing and grounded movement Learning how stability supports power ✔️ Standing Practice (Zhan Zhuang) 站樁修練 Training stillness to develop internal awareness Building endurance, structure, and sensitivity Connecting body and mind through posture ✔️ Dao Yin and Internal Health 導引養生 Introduction to Mawangdui Dao Yin (馬王堆導引圖) Understanding ancient methods of health cultivation Supporting mobility, circulation, and coordination ✔️ Open Hand Forms 太極拳架 Practice of Yang Style 16 form (十六式太極) Refining transitions, timing, and control Developing smooth, connected movement ✔️ Tai Chi Sword Fundamentals 太極劍法 Introduction to Yang Style 32 Sword (楊式太極劍) Understanding coordination between body and weapon Learning precision, balance, and extension ✔️ Internal Energies and Concepts 內在勁力 Introduction to Peng, Lu, Ji, An (掤捋擠按) Understanding Ging (勁) vs Li (力)
